ST PETERSBURG (FL) COLLEGE National Terrorism Preparedness Institute
http://terrorism.spcollege.edu/ Register for CEUs. Segments run
approximately 1 hour in a television news show format. There is a
new video every month. Recent topics include: Playas Training &
Research Center; COOP Planning; The Intelligence Toolbox Training
Course; Restoration of Lifelines; National Infrastructure Protection
Plan.

FEMA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE:

providers of on-line emergency management training, they now have 60
independent study courses.

CENTER FOR HOMELAND DEFENSE and SECURITY: http://www.chds.us/?
special/info&pgm=Noncredit The Naval Post Graduate School offers non-
credit versions of two of their Master's degree courses: Critical
Infrastructure: Vulnerability Analysis and Protection and Technology
